Oh I beg to differ.
There are PLENTY of "studies" done that really generalize people along specific paths and put them into nice convienient pigeon-holed catagories - gender, race, culture, etc....

This cracked me up.

Nothing makes life simpler than to state as fact that "women are like this, and men are like that". Fill in the "this/that" blanks with whatever the latest "study" claims.

I also weight train upper body only, with a day of light cardio here and there. If anything, my legs tend to look on the thin side (not flabby), especially compared to my upper body. My SO...

I don't panic about missed workouts anymore, but I think that has to do with me doing this for so long. Nowadays my body is so used to a certain type of activity/eating that even if I miss a few days...

I'm liking this ALOT more already...... :D

It's taken me about 2 years. I started off only being able to press 65 lbs. or so in the beginning. Push ups REALLY helped me develop my chest area.

Dang! I got a bit of work to do to catch up...
