    Just enough water (or milk) to give it a brownie consistancy.
    Stir and mircrowave.

    Personally i love carb cycling while cutting...

    Personally i love carb cycling while cutting (doing so at the moment). My cycle is as follows:
    1 High carb day=275g carbs
    1 low carb day=140g carbs
    2 no carb days= >20g carbs

    Works great for me.
