Personally i love carb cycling while cutting (doing so at the moment). My cycle is as follows:
1 High carb day=275g carbs
1 low carb day=140g carbs
2 no carb days= >20g carbs
What do you mean you "get to lose 1.5lbs a week"? Does that mean you are already losing that much per week? If so why would you want to change it? Thats ideal weight loss for minimal muscle loss.
