cookies and cream is not bad...if you mix it with water instead of milk it has a stingy taste it will leave in your mouth. It also has little bits of chocolate cookies in it. Mixes pretty well but...

just look at the ingredients profile...i dont see what up to date with the new one apart from 1,3 dim which many people hate anyways...personally profile looks good to me and better than most new...
