Ditch the diet soda's totally, drink water only. Ditch the sugar, coffee is ok, if feel you have to have some sort of substitute, go with skim milk or unsweetened almond milk and stevia.
Agree. Most people are taking in well over what they think. Accurate measurement is key, you can eat the cleanest diet in the world, if your not in a deficit it doesn't matter.
