It depends on what I am doing, how close I to pushing/or breaking a max lift, and how bad I am sucking wind.

My oldest son is 16 it will be tough when he moves out also... I am actually going to scout camp next month. I need to get in better shape and buy a pack. We are doing a mountain man style camp out,...
