Would someone be willing to hook me up with an iron fist chimchar? I can't seem to get my hands on one, it doesn't need to have perfect IVs.

If I were you I'd take out Delphox or Talonflame. Having pokemon with common weaknesses may not be a good choice especially with all the dark, rock and ground coverage moves every pokemon in the game...

Anyone know of a good set up pokemon wise for the rated 3v3 stuff. I'm having an awkward time of it. Too much damage goes out and you can't really set screens or hazards.
