Yep that feels like me at the moment - but I'm definitely being stricter now going forward, no more bulking up otherwise it will just be too difficult to lean out for summer like you say.

There are a few people at my gym who put belts on to squat 60kg. I laugh on the inside and then squat 120 raw for reps.

Beastly squat is beastly. You might have fallen just short of the prescribed reps, but 163x4 is still damn good work.
