guess i should expect that response, given that lots here are less than 1/2 my age--but I'm prematurely gray--and I think a guy dying his hair to look younger looks worse, lol.

Yeah--i gotta be careful, even after a few days I feel like I've lost more than I should, I find it really hard to get the calories in that I need when I have to cut carbs in the afternoon.
