Pretty much spot on. I measured it and it's exactly 4 caps, so I guess it's not as bad as I thought. Still wondering how I went through a whole bottle in 5 days...oh yeah, a chug here or there before...

I stopped measuring in caps and now I just measure it in a shotglass. One shot is nice, two shots is great. I got three bottles on sat and already finished the first one... Oops.

I use Gym Buddy. It's the best app for a serious lifter. I don't ever want to workout without it.

Are you using Slim Extreme by chance? That combined with Jack3d made me feel really terrible and tired after my workouts. Took out the Slim Extreme and Jack3d is my favorite supplement now.
