umm starting weight about 45-50kg around that mark..
In pounds i think 90-100?
And now i am 66kg so 130-140 pounds? Not too sure but yh

Aha one scale test at the gym said 17% which doesnt seem accurate

I am unsure what my bf level is. Take e-tests but it isnt accurate..
