actually i don't like eggs or much protein for that matter so i am trying to add it in any way that i can tolerate ie so in my shake i don't taste them so it's easier for me to eat protein that way...

ya me too i get the ones at the grocery store...i add some to my protein shakes and now i actually just add 3-4 raw eggs...

is it bad to add raw eggs to my protein shakes?since i lack of protein i have been adding 3-4 raw eggs to my protein shakes i just hope it isn't bad to do this weither short or long term...

i have been bulking for about 3 months now and i gained about 5 lbs but i don't feel lean enough...do you think i should do a mini cut or keep bulking a while longer...

thank you...ya i did like P90X...after P90X i did go to the gym for 1 year which ended before the summer so now i am working out at home and when they go back to school i might go back to the gym...

today did legs(my least favorite workout) and i feel so weak,having a hard time going up and down the stairs...only thing is that i didn't eat as well,probably got my calories in but went on a outing...

this is what i did when i first started and i found it really good for a beginner...mind you i had weight to loose and it really helped...

thank you for everyones advice...it does really help i will try to just eat and not think about it so much,besides like some say i should just enjoy eating right now and i can add a bit of cheat...
