i am 21 and i have done 3 pohormone cycles for periods of 3, 4 and 7 weeks in the past 2 years. The 7 week cycle being the last one i have done.

all three cycles were with 1ad and 4ad. i have done...

today was back day...another steller improvement from last back day

i didnt weigh myself today...my bad

last back day went like this:

deadlift: 225(10) 265(10) 285(10) 305(3)
bent-over-row:...

today is day ten and i am up to 183 now...thats 9 pounds in 10 days...its awesome

today was chest day and it was far from dissapointing.

last chest day went like this:

flat bench: 175(11)...

sorry got sidetracked these past couple days with the posting...been busy with xmas stuff.

to start things off i weighed myself...same conditions...and i gained another pound...thats 5 pounds in 7...

since someone out there is interested i will be posting every 3 days...today is day 4....so ill post again on day 6, 9, 12, etc.

weighed myself today at the same time i usually do...right before i work out.....under the same circumstances as always...nothing different and so far i have gained 4 pounds...im very pleased to say...

since this is my first prohormone stack at the age of 21 i am just considering taking 300mg of 1AD and 4AD evenly for 6 weeks.

if i have extra 4AD lying around is it ok to take more than 300mg of...

anyone know where or if there is a pure form of glycocyamine being sold out there?
