Alright so for the last 4 days i've been unable to get to the gym. I was the best man at a wedding so i had a rehersal dinner and a bunch of random crap to do with that. So unfortunately i wasn't...
Not sure why but my last 2 or 3 chest workouts have just been horrible. I'm losing strength when i shouldn't be and im' not sure why. Bah. Well heres the daily workout anyways.

squat on smith machine 4x10 230lbs
legpress 4x15 450lbs
superset with
lunges 3x12 on each leg with 80lb bar across my back
back bi's shoulder

the last two days have been blahhhhh actually three. i was getting sick on friday but did my chest /tri/ab workout anyways and walked home. I felt like i was going to die. just had no energy and yeah...
thats the asthma medication right? I used to have to take that when i played soccer. why would you take it with caffeine?

yeah i dunno, could have just been a bad packet or something but it tasted very chemically and i didn't get any "white raspberry flavor" at all from it.
yesterday i failed. ate a bunch of crap and took a day off when i shouldn't have. blah. I had a 102 temp when i woke up and took that as an excuse to eat whatever i wanted. blah. anyways

I failed today. just flat out failed. ate a bunch of crap felt sick didn't go to the gym. Tomorrow will be a better day.

The way I combat that is eat throughout the day. 400ish cal meals 6 times a day works for me. eat healthy fats as well because they will keep you full. Just control the portions of meals and you'll...

I think you kinda missed the point of this thread. Overcoming something that severe not only gives him strength but it gives others hope. If you can't identify with why he lifts or does what he does...
