Problem is nobody sees any gains. You obviously don't take criticism well. When you place last you can tell the judges that your trainer said you should win.

Ohh and I would definitely fire him if your planning on competing soon because the difference in those two pictures is minimal to non at best.

You might wanna get a refund then...no where close to 8%. Abdominal exercises don't get you to look like those pictures, extremely low body fat does. But obviously there's no telling you anything,...

Looking for a new protein, preferably something other than chocolate or vanilla. Here's what I've tried so far.

Throw in some glycergrow..will give it a saltier taste but the pumps will make up for the lack of taste...my yogurt tastes funny now without glycergrow in it.

Glycergrow is a Must Have Staple for my Stack... Epic Pumps, Phenomenal Price per serving... Add in some hemavol and you get some of the most skin tearing pumps out there.. Almost too painful :)
