I just started a new routine and I can't do two of the exercises due to a lack of equipment in the gym im currently going to. I can't do the HACK SQUAT and the LYING LEG CURL.
I only wear mine for squats and deads. It starts to get annoying other than that. Blus i get a sweat belt like mad underneath it. Definately don't do those two without it tho.
Is that really necessary? A three second pause as opposed to just a pause. If i hold the wieght stationary in one spot for longer does it become extra motionless, or quite possibly super stationary?...
