yeah it did nothing for me either, my first pre-workout was sp250 and it was awesome, so I compare everything else to that...I have assault on the way, will see how that compares
The pills are not that big, size of a regular fiber pill or similar. I don't take any of them out, the stim pill really isn't that strong and the diuretic only made me make 1 or 2 more bathrooms...
I would go with a protein bar that has some carbs in if you need something quick, protein shakes tend to be low carbs and may not do you much good if this ends up being the problem.
Yeah zach may be on to something, are you taking it on a emtpy stomach then trying to work out, you mentioned you were on a strict diet, the combination of lower calories and stims may be too much.
