Because I took diet breaks for mental clarity, I didn't want to burn out which I knew would happen if I tried cutting that long.
Also I'm dealing with basically 0 loose skin from cutting that slow...
Before I started cutting over 2 yrs ago I had tons of people tell me I would need multiple bulk/cut cycles before I would look good.
Results after almost 2 yrs cutting ...
Thanks appreciate it. Isn't a good pose of triceps and delts but I always get compliments on my delts and get asked my routine.

If you cannot lose far from a basic calorie deficit diet then there is absolutely no way you are ready to take on PSMF
So glad I embrace the IIFYM lifestyle and not this tailored calorie crap.
OP you should do some research as others have stated pretty much about nutrition,lifting everything really
Yes I bench all the way down to chest and fully extend back up with pause.
I only go ass to grass on squats but I'm very certain I could load up quite a bit more on a parallel squat.
Ahh I see, I wasent quite sure on the 30% bf but I assume I was around that.

You got some delts for your size it was more or a joke but srs that 1st picture didn't show them as good as the other one

If I could offer some advice I would say focus on chest and delts.

But srs op like others said squeeze at the end of reps and experiment with different things but while keeping proper form and find what works for you
