I know that, im wondering which lasts till you get down till lower bf levels
when losing weight which was the first to go chest fat or love handles
Ill check out that sticky, i try keeping carbs as low as i can, I was going to get to a good bf% then do a bulk as clean as i can and stay lean

I just want to have a visable six pack, and get the fat of of my hips and chest, I hope i get down to 10-12% by end of fall so i can bulk over winter

ive tried many ive gotten tons of different results from 18 to 28% so ill jus keep trying to upload a picture
Yes if you get plenty of protein, weight train hard youll get gains here and there but dont expect much

Drink plenty of water and mix it with a good amount of water
I try to keep my form as strict as i can while going with heavier weight, Im going to try a couple different techniques and see what works for me.
