You're gonna make it. Trust me. Just live like you're living right now when you're out of residency for a year or two and das it mane.

My advice is to find out if you want to do it as soon as possible. The average age of the classes are decreasing pretty quickly and it's becoming more of a first job for people. It's very competitive...

The docs make double my hourly rate and their hours vary. I'm in emergency medicine.

Just like all jobs, some days I love it, some days I hate it. Usually it depends on the patient load. If I see more than 4 patients an hour, it starts to get stressful

It's 150 hours... and that comes out to 38 hours per week. Not sure if serious.
