friend of mine introduced me to yerba. i buy it loose, use a french press, and add some peppermint and honey. love to start my day with it. definitely helps me curb my appetite.
as a kid i hated a lot of food, onions, mushrooms etc. though i loved fruits a vegies. iv since grown up, i eat everything, and cant have a burger without onion.
