I have fallen a little in the last few months, from shoulder surgery.
But I'm back at it as best I can...anyway,

Well...today was my last official PT Appt.
Insurance will not cover it anymore.
I did get a good list of things to continue doing though.

My ROM is getting much better. I'm still only about 80%...

Thank you...that is exactly what I am doing. Believe me...I want to get better as fast as I can and this rehab seems to be taking forever...but I am doing everything that has been asked of me and...

So it's now 8 weeks after surgery. My ROM is getting better every day and I'm starting to do more RC excercises and resistance stuff. Nothing too much, heck I still can't attempt a pushup, however...

Before my shoulder surgery...and after, I have had to be creative in the things I can do in the gym. Being able to do squats with one hand on the Smith was something I couldn't have duplicated with...

Yesterday was my second anniversary of sobriety.
731 days and counting.

A little over 4 weeks out and still not pain free....not even close actually.
