Hello all please help to get along this.I am a tall guy 6'4 weighing around 78 kgs around 19 % BF.I am planning to lean bulk i would say.I am a pure vegan so its going to be really hard for you guys...

I did read that.

19% is my guess..I have the same Bf as of you i guess

By the calculations my daily needs are 2610 Calories per day and as i am on a lean bulk 45/30/25 my total calories needs would be somewhere around 3100 calories i guess.But as i calculate on sites...

mind sharing the tool you used to calculate your diet calories.(macros)
