I think its all the butter that is bad. Sodium is fine. Popcorn itself isn't all that bad as long as it fits into your macros.

Coconut oil works well if your cooking with really high heat, and smells good while your cooking.
I just toss them in at 400 for about 20 minutes. I then put some seasoning on them and store them for the week. Been using Montreal chicken seasoning lately, tastes fine to me.
Thats what I have now. Just take them with my breakfast shake.
The stuff really messes up your stomach. Wouldn't worry about the gum, I chew a bunch and have no issues.

Muscles feel weak when lifting. Although overall I'm not tired. I've tried skipping carb up, and felt a lot weaker than when I do.
