    Went out there and hit my legs with some squats, light leg extentions(heard going heavy on this is risky for your acl's), and leg press. Felt good =]
  • My chest is still sore from chest day but legs are ok, can I work them out?

    Reason I ask is because I'm worried that because my chest is recovering that stressing another body part that while not sore will hinder the recovering of my chest which is sore.
