No you don't have to count sugars, but it's pretty advisable you do. Like dipatel has said, if you're only eating junk food then you're seriously missing the point for Iifiym.

What you've got to remember is, even though you're hitting your macros (I'm guessing you're only counting protein,carbs,fats,sugars.)

Stick to around 15-20% increase in your calories. You WILL gain abit of fat, but it shouldn't be to much. Anything after 20% tends to be an unnecessary amount of calories
