Decent lift. The main thing taking away from it is the bouncing and hip thrusts. Try not doing that. You'll get less reps, but your chest will get much more stimulation and growth.

Tried this earlier. Tastes fine, doesn't take like popcorn chicken at all imo, but it was still good - slightly dry so I added some habanero sauce and it was a nice quick meal.
