I really liked the Swole I never had any problems drinking it. I have had both flavors and really liked the flavor and results of both of them.

I would get your self in to a routine if I was you. That way you are less likely to miss a dose. I take mine pre work out and then about 8 hours later.

I would never totally replace my powder with bars. They can help when you are in a bind but I wouldn't use them all the time.

It is a pretty good flavor I think the Nectar Apple is better but that is just me I would give it a try as well if you like the Dymatize.

Add some whey protien to your stack and you should be good with it. I don't think you have to worry about adding that much mass but the protien bars might do a little bit since they probally have...
