Keeping track of supplement time and spacing can be a pin during a busy day, Im wondering if it is OK to take creatine and glutamine at the same time.

Its a 5x3 5 day split ( Max-ot for the most part)
And I do mean strength, not talking about size or anything, oddly my chast and arms have grown, but as stated are not much stronger...
Progress is certainly motivating and I do see progressive strength gains in many of my exercises.
Is it typical for arm and chest to gains slower when compared to legs back and shoulders?

I've read almost every squat article on here, as well as the Rippetoe book re: proper squat form etc. I really want to make sure I am doing everything necessary to prevent injury.

This pain does not feel like it is as deep as the joint, but it?s not exactly a muscle pain
I only get it on the right shoulder when doing chest work

case and point was exercising never hurts...
Wrists can be condition and strengthened without a doubt and having them weak would lead to other problems
But external development is a different story
