    165 seems like a good place to start the bulk, even 160 I'd say. Also, maybe cut ~200 calories just to get things going again.

    If youre concerned about abs, I'd invest in an exercise ball and do crunches on those.
    I'd agree with the ~15% BF.
    I think you'd look much better at 165 =].
