Hi, new to the forum, not entirely new to BBing
When I started I had pretty weak results
Benchpress: 65kg
Squat 70kg
Legpress: 150kg
Preacher curl: 32kg
These were all 1 rep.
If you're talking 'bout kilos, thats damn impressive.
Mine were:
Bench : 65kg
Squat : 75kg
Deadlift 50kg
~8reps. each.
