    rice cakes

    I think if Rice cakes are your only vice, you'll be fine. I use them as a cheat or carb load. I love them with almond Butter. Lungberg makes them with brown rice or wild rice.

    I find that when I work out with intense dedication, my body yearns to be replenished. If you work out as often as you say and you are only eating a few meals a day, you should not have a problem...
