I'm trying it right now, on week 2.. we will see at end when I test my 1RM for the three lifts. So far I like it, I'm still skeptical of the leg days as the volume is pretty low for the most part.
Squat
Warm up - 95x10, 135x7, 205x2
Set 1 - 235x5
Set 2 - 266x3
Set 3 - 295x1
Set 4 - 245x5
Set 5 - 275x3
Set 6 - 315x3 - this was 3 singles with 15-20 seconds rest...
