    It's not common enough in the UK though which I find irritating.

    I'd give it a year. After building your physique and cutting off the fat to show it at its best, you'll probably only end up gaining that much lean mass.

    You're certainly lean mate, good looking abs but could do with some more overall mass. If you could maintain a similar level of body fat whilst bulking that would be ideal!
