everyone is different, but for me I have to go at least 500 cal over to make any significant gains.
You are fairly lean, you shouldn't have any issues seeing the jiggly stuff should appear.

pretty much been cutting ever since.
I bet with a little searching you can get a better one.
I got a boner once from squats, other than that, nothing ever stuck out from lifting.
