don't ever buy anything at gnc, even on their big "sale" days they still cost like 50% more at least than any other store... try vitamin shoppe or vitamin world, either one has decent prices

i tried both and liked pump better. but i don't have any problem w/taking the pills as some people do so its all personal preferance basically.

animal pump works awesome for me, not sure what the problem is your having. you might have to wait for the universal rep to answer your problem or let you know what he thinks.

do you think i should move it down to 8 reps per exercise? or should i keep trying the current routine for another few weeks and if i don't get results i want move down to 8 reps?

i do warmup reps before each new bodypart or whatever, i usually do a set of 1x20 or 1x15 at 50% max weight for the warmup sets.
