I'm not using super slow for my shoulder presses, I move it as fast as I can as you can see in video. For my legs I do super slow 10/10 second reps, otherwise I get sticking points.

It works good, I'm able to add up to 10 kg extra weight, 8 kg into arm and 2 kg taped to kettlebell. I don't need to buy another kettlebell!
