My arms grow 1 inch everytime i train them...i train them only 1 time every 7 months. make sure you give them alot of time to recover, sometimes i even wait 8 months
depends on the smith, i usually dont count the bar on it. so just subtract 45 to what your using on the smith, and that should give you a good estimate
as i was doing some deadlifts someones askes me durring my set. as im doing a rest pause. "hey do you wana be a bodybuilder" and i said " um just a little bit" LOL
