light weight and high reps just means that it's lighter than what you'd be doing with low reps, it's not like you can bench 200 3x5 or bench 200 3x10, the higher the reps the less weight you'd do....
I add peanut butter to my protein shakes, eat lots of bacon and whole eggs, oatmeal, chicken breasts (really clean for bulks), tuna, salmon, greek yogurt/cottage cheese, and lots and lots of milk
Completely insane transformation, you have the body that everyone strives for. How much do you think genetics played a role? I'm sure most of us are hoping for "little to none" :P
