Yeah sumo is tough for me too. I pull that way conventional (low hips) and it's my strongest way but I can't keep a neutral spine past like 3 plates it just gets ugly no matter what I do
I'm stronger conventional so like 12 weeks out I'll start peaking with only (or mostly) conventional.
I'd do it year round but honestly it beats the hell out of my lower back and that effects all...
