Isaiah 44:28, is not in Daniel. It seems to be the same Cyrus, who else called for Jerusalem to be rebuilt- Cyrus did as evidenced in Nehemiah or Ezra (can't remember)

Have you read the book of acts; acts was almost surely written before 70 ad because it would have mentioned the destruction of the temple as a fulfillment of Jesus' prophecy
