    Need input on a bulk/cut

    I hate how my body looks relaxed but I'm probably about 9-10% body fat. The caliper said 6 but obviously that's not correct. Here are pics of me. 5'10,165.

    Thx guys. I probably over exaggerate when I say that doing legs "kills my knees", but recently it does really hurt them. Anything even as far as air squats tends to hurt a bit. Will see someone!
