Karbolyn is staple in my stack...but I use it only afeter workout in my posworkout shake, it works great. I use neutral flavour cuz my protein tastes really cool and dont want to change it mixing...

I don't know maybe you have tried something else instead of Muscle Provider, but the way u describe its taste I can say it is not Muscle Provider:)
