    I tend now to just get in an area of hitting my macros. I try and not be under a certain point, and not go over a certain point as well. It has eased my mind, and allowed me to enjoy my food again....

    I would suggest taking a break for about a week and eating less. Kinda letting your body heal up and resetting your metabolism a little. Might help, might not.
