    Quinoa is delicious, although a little more expensive. I cook spinach, tomatoes, and artichokes w/ garlic and olive oil then mix it in with the quinoa.

    I do 6-8 oz of water, it's like a shot, then just take more water to wash the taste out. It's an excellent way to wake up in the morning as well. :D

    Alone w/ it just in water, CEE tastes horrible. I usually mix it with gatorade post-WO and I have never tasted the CEE, whenever I mix it with anything, I don't taste it, especially a shake.
