Yes, 3.2-4g per day preferably split in 2 servings. I purposely take about 2g with my pre because I love the tingles before/during a workout

Doesn't have to be from some big name supplement brand. I get Sundown Natural fish oil from walgreens/cvs, it has 980mg of EPA/DHA (which is what's important) in one pill.
