    Purple K Creatine question

    Hi!
    I'm using 1st time creatine and it is Purple K , should I pause to taking it after like 6-8 weeks? or is save to take it as long as I like to take it, without break?

    Doing this for my back on back/biceps day:

    Pull ups (wide grip): 4set x 6-8 rep
    Lever close grip pull down 4s x 8-10 rep
    Lever Incline Row (plate loaded) 4s x 8-10rep

    ....then I do biceps 3...

    Yes...a few years ago I was running 5-10km 3 x a week (on concrete)......with shoes...80$ price I had problem with blisters, then I bought 2 pairs of shoes for like 120-150$ each.....no problems...
