Always the deadlift, hands down. You know exactly what you need to pull to win.
Hit a nice 2.5 kg bench PR yesterday. Also got to see Arian and Hamburgertrain again. This was my first bench only in a long time. Probably going back to my first couple meets back in '05 or '06
I've never understood the Beltless Suited pulls. I've seen Doc Holloway do that before too. Kinda confuses me.
Kid in the gif on the last page
Not true. I tried to get him to quit doing that chit when he was training for collegiates. That's just him trying to do it.
He's full of chit, no its not
I'm lifting at it too.
Completely untrue. Lillebridge doing it in slow motion in videos is what got that movement going.
That's fukking awesome.
I get those attitudes at every meet I go...
I'm sure you meant USPF?
100% Raw is pretty similar. Walked out squats, etc.
1 - Ryan Kennelly
2 - CYC
3 - Blaine Sumner
Send them to me. I'll forward them starting strength/531/cube/lillebridge method and they can paypal me $40
So much this
Get off your phone and meet some potential training partners or something.
Only thing out there is USPA and te only competitive meet is the Olympia. Uspf was once the big show for single ply but since Denison left it's basically defunct.
They were pretty bad. The American that commentated for open worlds last year in Denver was pretty good. Had a lot more knowledge and overall just better.
USAPL National meets. Collegiates/Men's. You're in a good state for it though. Go through the meet results of the meets this year in Texas. Of the four '15 meets so far most lifters are equipped.
