Another easy session (although the ohp felt a little tough).
Long time out of the gym preparing for exams and stuff. Did a very gentle session today to ease myself back into things.

Bench 70kg*8,8,7 probably could have done 8 on the final set but the bar somehow got stuck in the rack as I was lifting it out which set me off balance for the whole set

Thanks, muscle memory is on my side for now, I'm close to reaching my all time best OHP though. I'm happy to just be progressing for now, regardless of the numbers :)
Deadlift: 5x107.5 decided to progress slowly from now on, only increasing by 2.5kg each time. I need to remember to 'flex' my back a little at the bottom of my lifts to keep my back properly...
