yep - hanging around 13% at the moment. Still in 32 jeans (barely). Could probably break out the 33's. Not bad though. I actually look like i go to the gym 5 days a week...

I totally agree with you. Actually i couldnt agree more. I just find it to be logging for the sake of logging sometimes - becuase the benefits that I am receiving from it are basically duplicative...
Its taking up too much time and I am not really gaining any benefit from the log anymore. I know where my macros are and my workout plan is in my phone, so i see my progress....
