Yeah I'm thinking the small feeling was because from cut in carbs in the past days I've had prior to a prog video i did. seemed like i was really flat.
I've been cutting for 7 months. 308 down to 255 (25%). But I feel like if I continue cutting I'll just end up small. I know that losing the fat increases definition which gives illusion of size but...
Dad used to eat allota food fast, and of course I tried to compete as kid. Plot twist pops has intense job so he stayed lean. This turned into behavior + mmo time = fat rollie pollie.
